If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on eligible products.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition
- Be free from scratches, damage, or alterations
- Include all original packaging
- Include all certificates and documentation (including diamond grading reports where applicable)
Eligible returns may receive:
- Full refund
- Store credit
- Product exchange
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made jewellery
- Personalized or engraved items
- Resized items after purchase
- Special order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Final sale items
These pieces are uniquely created and cannot be restocked.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with:

- Full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Reason for return or exchange

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items unless otherwise stated.
For approved returns:
- Domestic return instructions will be provided after approval
- International return instructions may require 1–3 business days for processing
We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping for all returns.
Amore by Aaron is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without tracking or insurance.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for inspection and approval
- Additional time depending on your payment provider or bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Ring Resizing
We offer complimentary resizing on select ring purchases.
Please note:
- Eternity bands may not be resizable
- Certain custom or intricate designs may have resizing limitations
Contact our support team before requesting resizing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
Custom and made-to-order jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
